Terms of Service

1. About FlipEarth

FlipEarth (operated by FlipEarth Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore) is an authorized agent for European rail tickets. We provide a platform for searching, comparing, and purchasing train tickets for routes operated by Eurostar, TGV, Thalys, and other European rail operators. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Tickets

When you make a booking through FlipEarth, you are purchasing a ticket for travel on a service operated by a third-party rail operator. All tickets are subject to the conditions of carriage of the relevant operator. We act as an intermediary and your contract for travel is with the rail operator. E-tickets are delivered electronically — you will receive a booking reference (PNR) to retrieve your ticket via the operator's app.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Currency conversion may apply depending on your payment method.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the ticket type purchased. Standard tickets may have restrictions on refunds and exchanges. Standard Premier and Business Premier tickets typically offer more flexibility. Refund requests can be submitted through your order details page. A processing fee may apply. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. If a train service is cancelled by the operator, you are entitled to a full refund or free rebooking.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information (names must match your travel documents). You must ensure you have valid travel documents (passport or national ID) for international journeys. You must arrive at the station with sufficient time for check-in and border controls. FlipEarth is not liable for missed trains due to late arrival or incorrect passenger information.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlipEarth acts as a booking agent and is not the transport operator. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by rail operators. Our liability is limited to the booking fees charged by FlipEarth. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular fare or service. Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) are excluded from our liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FlipEarth Pte. Ltd. and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. For questions about these terms, please contact us at support@flipearth.com.
